Candidates appearing for the interview must provide original and attested photocopies of the following documents:
- Three latest passport-size photographs
- Attested photocopies of their educational qualifications
- Attested copies of their CNIC and domicile, which should be duly verified by the relevant district authority
- Experience certificates (if applicable)
- Attested copy of discharge certificate DASB (for ex-Army personnel) or service certificate/NOC from the relevant office (for those currently serving in MES or another government department)
- A declaration on oath from non-Muslim candidates, duly verified by Magistrate Grade-I
- A disability certificate showing the nature of their disability, issued by the District Rehabilitation Organizations OR District Council of Health.
It is important for candidates to bring all the required documents in original and attested photocopies to the interview. Failure to produce any of the required documents may result in their disqualification from the recruitment process.
