5. Attested copy of discharge certificate DASB (for ex-Army personnel) or service certificate/NOC from the relevant office (for those currently serving in MES or another government department)
6. A declaration on oath from non-Muslim candidates, duly verified by Magistrate Grade-I
7. A disability certificate showing the nature of their disability, issued by the District Rehabilitation Organizations OR District Council of Health.
